Sparks fly when nerds bond over board games
In 2009, a musical theater dork and a D&D nerd connected over a shared love of Google Reader, paper craft, disaster movies, and board games. They were also totally hot for each other. By mid-2010, they knew their love would last a lifetime.
What does Ighan mean?
When we traveled to Iceland in December 2015 to see the mercurial Aurora Borealis, we wanted a personalized hashtag to commemorate our adventure online. We bounced around a few portmanteaux before landing on "ighan," from LeIGH and BriAN, pronounced Egon as a hat tip to Harold Ramis—dorky not-quite-portmanteau perfection. Suck it, Bennifer.
